The Objective of The Company
Al- Hayah Establishment for Drugs and Medical Appliances aims at reaching a prominent place in the Yemeni Market for itself and for the companies it represents through providing the Yemeni Market and medical establishments as well as the patients with highquality medicines that are reasonable priced and are competitive in Yemen Market.
History
Al-Hayah Establishment for Drugs and Medical Appliances was established in the year (1998) under the decision issued by the Ministry of Industry & Trade and has the registration book no. ( 98050011) dated 15 / 1 / 1998, as a private firm in accordance to the Yemeni Law in order to import and distribute medicines and medical appliances.
We are a member at the Chamber of Commerce and have a membership card no. ( 14004 ) dated 9 / 3 / 1998, and the authorization for trade practicing of importing medicines and medical appliances no. (08).
Al – Hayah Establishment is registered officially at the Ministry of Public Health & Population (Supreme Board of Drugs and Medical Appliances) (SBD) in its meeting no. (20 / 98) dated 15/6/1998, License no. (08 / 1998).
We are the exclusive agents and distributors in Yemen Republic for Daiichi Sankyo Europ GMBH, and some European and Arabic Companies; (Inkeysa – Spain, PolfaWarsawa – Poland and Purity Pharma – Egypt) . In addition, Diichi Sankyo Europe GMBH appointed our Establishment for Drugs and Medical Appliances in 2012 to be their exclusive agents for the products registered in the Republic of Yemen in the following countries : Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia and Kenya.
Al – Hayah Establishment participated in many of the medical seminars and exhibitions which were held in Sana’a the capital of Yemen.
Facilities and Capabilities
The company has strong financial capabilities . It can fulfill any financial obligations to other companies.
Beside the headquarter, the company has six branches in six main provinces in Yemen Republic; Sana’a, Taiz, Aden, Hodeida, Ibb and Thamar. Each branch has management office and stores for direct sales.
We also have distributors in the following provinces: –
Ibb, Hadramawt, Hajjah, Sa’ada, Mukalla and Amran.
The main office is in Sana’a in a private building owned by the company.
We have salesmen and scientific office with pharmacists medical represantatives.
All our salesmen have Bachelor degrees and are experienced in distribution. We train them occasionally on the most modern sale and marketing skills.
We deal in human pharmaceuticals, surgical and dental appliances and equipment. Since the foundation Al – Hayah Est. has boosted up a well-organized distribution network; using the latest technology aims at introducing and providing the best quality options in Yemen Republic.
